Has my Organic Nipple Balm been used?
The Organic Nipple Balm is made entirely from natural ingredients, which means it contains no preservatives or texture‑stabilizing additives. Because of this, its consistency naturally changes with temperature: it will be firmer when cool and softer when warm. Occasionally, these temperature shifts can create a small dip in the center of the balm—about the width of a fingertip. This is completely normal.
You may also notice that the inner seal is not glued in place but simply rests on top of the jar. This is intentional and also completely normal.
