Where is the expiration date on the bottle?
The expiration date is 3 years from the fill date and can be calculated based off of the fill date located on the bottom of the bottle and unit carton. (The format of the batch code/fill date is “BBBBB/YYDDD"; BBBBB = alphanumeric batch code; YYDDD is a combination of year and date filled)
Lansinoh® Birth Prep & Recovery Organic Massage Oil stained my clothing or bedding, is the stain removable? What works best to remove the stain?
The best thing to do is to treat it like an oil/grease stain before washing and use any products you can that contain a grease-fighting agent. If you have already washed and dried the items, it will be more difficult to remove the stain. First you should spot treat the stain; we would recommend using a grease-fighting dishwashing liquid. Then, you should soak it, the longer the better, overnight if you can in either hot water or some type of stain removing pre-treater, such as shout. Finally, wash the stain, as normal and it should come out.

Yes, the bottles and over caps are made of 100% sugarcane HDPE and are recyclable under #2 plastic.

The instructions say that it’s for external use only, can I still use it to do perineal massage?
The Lansinoh® Birth Prep & Recovery Organic Massage Oil is for use prior to perineal massage. The perineum, which is the area of skin you will stretch, is external. The oil isn't needed or applied internally, as your vagina is naturally lubricated. You only need to apply Pre-Birth Preparation Oil to those fingers that are massaging and stretching the skin of the perineum.
